[asterisk-gui] Registration

I see the following a lot at the CLI

[Feb 28 18:29:33] WARNING[3154]: chan_sip.c:15396
handle_response_register: Got 200 OK on REGISTER, but there isn't a
registry entry for 'XXXXXXX' (we probably already got the OK)


Further investigation shows that there is a lack of "register" line in
sip.conf/users.conf for that specific SIP trunk..

Just thought someone might wanna know..

Also, we need more control over the "insecure" modes through the GUI....
