DADHI replaces Zaptel due to a trademark issue. See http://zaptel.com
for a different meaning of "zaptel telwphony card". This is basically a
rename.

Asterisk < 1.4.22 does not support DAHDI.

Asterisk 1.4.x, for x >= 22 supports either. But this is set at build
time.

Asterisk 1.6.x supports only DAHDI.
