[asterisk-gui] don't get 2.0 gui to run on asterisk 1.6.0.5

I was facing the same problem when I installed from /root (now I don't know what it has to do with it) rest of asterisk was downloaded to /usr/src and was compiled/installed from here so I decided to download/install from /usr/src and made the necessary changes to http.conf and manager.conf and it started working fine.

Start with:

  netstat -lntp | grep 8088

(From the system running Asterisk)
