[asterisk-gui] don't get 2.0 gui to run on asterisk 1.6.0.5

Chuck go to /usr/src folder download again and reinstall gui 2.0 you should be fine.

Start with:

  netstat -lntp | grep 8088

(From the system running Asterisk)
