[asterisk-gui] don't get 2.0 gui to run on asterisk 1.6.0.5

The we addresses you provided will only work from the machine where asterisk is installed. To view the GUI from another computer on the network replace 127.0.0.1 with the address of the asterisk box.

I always get 404 not found!

manager.conf:

bindaddr = 0.0.0.0

and the http.conf:

enabled=yes
enablestatic=yes
bindaddr=0.0.0.0
bindport=8088
