Update:
In a recent commit the "asterisk" output type of dahdi_genconf was
dropped. However dahdi_genconf's output generation is now done by
independent perl modules. This means you can simply add your own module.
I'll tryo to provide a demo module and script that uses it from a
non-standard location.
