These don't work:
http://server.address:8088/asterisk/static/config/cfgbasic.html
http://server.address:8088/asterisk/static/config/cfgadvanced.html
The real address is:
http://server.address:8088/gui/static/config/index.html
That doc covers the install. Is there one that says what to do after
you login for the first time?
