[asterisk-gui] Easy Calibrate

Hi All,

Fresh install.  There are 2 Digium cards, 1 with 2 FXO ports and 1 with
2 FXS ports.  These show up in "Configure Hardware"
Reboot.

Create a Trunk with the FXO ports.  Whether I needed to or not I
rebooted the system just to be sure.  Press the "Easy Calibrate" button.
It blinks once or twice and hangs.  I can press Esc to quit the
calibration.  The log shows:
WARNING[5477] app_system.c: Unable to execute '/bin/fxotune_from_gui 1'
ls /bin shows it isn't there.  Locate doesn't find it either.
