Hi Ryan,

fine, problem with Dahdi (GUI Loop) is solved. But I have two new problems.

I use mISDN, but after update the gui, i have got no entry for mISDN anymore.

mISDN is installed, when I type “lsmod |grep -i isdn”

mISDN_capi 106988 1

kernelcapi 56640 2 mISDN_capi,capi

mISDN_dsp 202024 1

mISDN_l2 44616 1

mISDN_l1 17560 1

mISDN_core 90272 6 mISDN_capi,mISDN_dsp,hfcpci,l3udss1,mISDN_l2,mISDN_l1

isdn 139744 0

slhc 11392 1 isdn

Why does the gui not recognize mISDN anymore? Is that an script-error? What can I do?

On a new asterisk Server is see the mISDN Entry with GUI-version : SVN-branch-2.0-r4493

My second Problem:

In “Trunks” I have only 3 entries: Analog Trunks, VOIP Trunks <http://192.168.0.90:8088/asterisk/static/config/trunks_digital.html> T1/E1/BRI Trunks, Providers is missing, why?

Hope, you can help me.

Best regards,

Alex G.

Brandon,
I'm pretty confident this is in relation to my "Recent issues with the GUI and dahdi" post. There was a bug in the gui that caused the gui to go into an infinite loading loop if you either: (1) didn't have dahdi installed, or (2) didn't manually run the detect dahdi script. Commit 4490 resolved this issue by refactoring the location of the script_detectdahdi call.

Alexander,
Please update to the latest svn revision of the gui (4490 or greater) and verify that this resolves your issue. :-)

Did you HAVE dahdi installed?

The dahdi/zaptel detection is detecting dahdi it seems.

Is this your first time using the GUI on the system? It has to reload the GUI about 10 times to do this (add all the correct context information)

Hi everybody,

I have the same problem since SVN Version 4404. The GUI only works, when dahdi instead of zaptel is installed. On the CLI> I get following message: Unable to execute 'dahdi_genconf' . When will this be fixed? Or is there a workaround?

SVN-branch-2.0-r4483 still does not resolve that problem., I checked that a few minutes ago. I have Asterisk 1.4.23.1 installed.

Best regards from Germany,
Alex G.
