[asterisk-gui] Phone Provisioning: Set the ${SERVER} address?

Hi All -

I think this is a GUI thing, but I may be wrong.

What do I need to set in order for the ${SERVER} variable in
polycom_line.xml to return the IP address of the asterisk box?
