[asterisk-gui] Call Detail Records beta

Looks like you are logging to CDR in GMT/UT (Greenwich Mean Time/Universal
Time) timezone when what you want is PST/PDT (US Pacific Time).  Check your
timezone settings and look in asterisk's cdr.conf file and be sure
that usegmtime=no
is set in the [csv] section.
