[asterisk-gui] how can i have my configurations loaded into gui?

hello everyone,
could you please show me how to grab the setting from extensions.conf and
voicemail.conf..etc.
the config in users.conf work just fine but i need to have a dialplan.and i
don't know what to do to have it.
