Also, make sure your bindport option in http.conf is set to default or 0.0.0.0

Did you check your manager.conf ? you can try this..

deny= 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 
permit= 127.0.0.1 / 255.255.255.0 
read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config 
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config 

Doublecheck that you don't have 127.0.0.1 in your permit section!
