[asterisk-gui] Fax on Asterisk GUI

We have done this with various methods just routing the DID through  
asterisk.  Just transfer down one of your FXS ports, or we even have a  
few clients use SIP gateway devices and connect the fax to that, and  
then we direct the call to the sip device via its extension, and the  
fax answers and receives.  All without spandsp/FFA installed at all.
