It looks like you tried just about every URL except the magic one that works:

http://10.0.0.1:8088/static/config/index.html

That should get you the login page, assuming your asterisk machine is
configured with the IP of 10.0.0.1.  If you don't get anything there,
I'd check and make sure something isn't blocking access to port 8088.
