[asterisk-gui] GUI in AsteriskNOW

My take on it....

FreePBX = Database apps
Asterisk GUI = No database apps

Like Brandon says it is a quick change to the Asterisk GUI if you want
it.  I think we will see a market for both the "static" Asterisk GUI
and the "modular" FreePBX in the future.
