[asterisk-gui] Ver 2.0 of the GUI for Asterisk 1.6

I'm getting started on it...

As 1.4 can have DAHDI in it too and I'm guessing ppl will want that soon I'm creating an ASTGUI.isDAHDI() function so that can just modify logic in there and it should all just work. Not sure if there's a better way of doing it? Maybe its own var in sessionData?
