[asterisk-gui] Users.conf

in voicemail.conf you can specify an sms address after teh email address so
that you receive sms notification of voicemail:

voicemail.conf:

4200 => 9855,Mark Spencer,markster at linux-support.net,mypager at digium.com

Currently users.conf has an "email =" field.  I was curious if it would
support a pager address field in addition to the email field.
