[asterisk-gui] CallerID limitation

What happens is....

If the User Callerid (eg the phone) is greater than 6 digits (A full DID
to be called back) then that callerid is used, else the trunk one is.

Example:

My extension is 6115, so if my callerid is 4286115, then when I dial
outbound through the trunk, that is what my callerid is set to, so that
whoever I dial can dial me back.

If my callerid IS 6115, then it is < 6 digits, and the trunk callerid is 
used.
(For example, at Digium, 428-6000)
