[asterisk-gui] E1 Problems with Asterisknow - Help needed

All of a sudden my ISP decided to change some configurations of their
E1 Channels. Since then I am not able to make any calls or receive
call..
If I run the zap status I get the below error and also the warning 4201
messages are repeated. The errors are below

When I try to dial a number I get the below log.

My service provider insists that there is no problem with their E1. How
do I troubleshoot further or fix this issue. Please help.
