[asterisk-gui] voicemail to email

In beta6 voicemail to email came through but slowly about 1 hour after
voicemail was left
Am testing in 1.0.1 and voicemail hasn't come through yet

Where are the SMTP mail settings held (or what SMTP is it using)  - i
would expect to config this in the gui under the voicemail tab like you
can in the rpath part
