[asterisk-gui] mirrors for asterisknow 1.0.1

Currently there are no mirrors of rmirror.digium.com, it is the only one
of its kind :)
However, in the future if there's enough interest, we will consider
expanding the number of servers serving this content.
The download isos are only available via asterisknow.org which
loadbalances across a couple of servers.
