[asterisk-gui] Presence & Buddy List with Asterisk NOW and Polycom phone

You can check the voip-info wiki for specifics on getting
it to work with asterisk.

It should work the same as any asterisk install, so much to the
point where you could copy configs and it would work (from a 1.4 based
install)
