[asterisk-gui] problem creating calling rules

Hello all,
I am trying the asterisk-gui and I cannot get the calling rules to work.
I have created "custom rules" which allow for my long and local calls.
The problem I have is that I want to route 411 calls to 1800free411.
>From the gui I can allow 411 calls to go through, but cannot even make
it work in the "custom rules" area. I have even tried to edit
extensions.conf and put the 1800free411 in place of ${EXTEN:0} it will
work, but then if I go to the Calling Rules page, that page will no
longer load, until I put ${EXTEN:0} back? Also I have a TDM card with an
fxo card in it, the system sees the card and it is working in asterisk,
but when I try to run through the setup wizard it does not detect my
card? If I go to hardware after I run the setup wizard it sees it and
allows me to configure incoming calls and stuff to go to it.
