[asterisk-gui] Digital Card / mISDN Completed

Just wanted to update you guys and tell you that
the digital card detection/setup and mISDN should
be ready to go and use.

You can get this information from my last email
(http://asterisknow.org/install-related requires asterisknow
branch and the new zaptel)

A couple things have changed. The ztscan/zapscan no longer exists
in the asterisk GUI and now ztscan exists in zaptel (zapscan is GONE)

ztscan now does digital AND analog card detection and feeds this into 
the gui (hints the reason for updating zaptel)
