[asterisk-gui] Bulk Add

We are trying to avoid file uploads wherever we can, as the
file uploads are only available in Asterisk 1.6/trunk.

Also once the CSV is uploaded, moving the file and reading as HTML - parsing and deleting the file on the
webserver .. lots of unnecessary System() calls in asterisk.

And note that one would probably use this feature only once or twice during
setting up the PBX. so trying to get it the simplest way possible.

Are there any plans to add the ability to import a csv file instead of having to type it in or copying and pasting?

For the time being, You can workaround this by entering the heads you want in the first row and the 
corresponding values in the following rows 

For Example: 

User,fullname,cid_number, context, hasvoicemail, vmsecret, email, hassip, hasiax, secret, host 
6044,UsersFullName,6044,DLPN_someDialPlan,yes,0101, email at email.example.com ,yes, yes,1010,dynamic 

should work fine.

When using the range bulk add, host = dynamic is not being added to users.conf preventing sip registration.
