For the time being, You can workaround this by entering the heads you want in the first row and the
corresponding values in the following rows

For Example:

User,fullname,cid_number, context, hasvoicemail, vmsecret, email, hassip, hasiax, secret, host
6044,UsersFullName,6044,DLPN_someDialPlan,yes,0101, email at email.example.com,yes, yes,1010,dynamic

should work fine.

When using the range bulk add, host = dynamic is not being added to users.conf preventing sip registration.
