[asterisk-gui] Follow Me

Also, just like voice menu's have done, I may try to allow you to dial 
an outside line (via
dialing out a trunk) in a ring group. Would this fix the problem? (if 
you cannot do this already)
I believe that would be pretty beneficial all around.
