[asterisk-gui] Using mISDN-Trunk for new user (ISDN phone) currently not possible

Asterisk GUI does include the menu required for setting up the mISDN Trunks
("mISDN Config"), fine! Using a mISDN Trunk for "Outgoing Calling Rules" is
now fine with mISDN!
Whilst adding a new user extension I may select SIP, IAX and Analog
"Technology". But "mISDN" is not an option that may be selected. Is the only
way to add a ISDN phone (user) attached to a NT-type trunk by means of mISDN
to make the required changes manually within the coresponding conf files?
Changes required (from a users perspective): one additional radio button for
mISDN plus a selectionfield that allows selection between those mISDN-trunks
previously defined within the mISDN-trunk setup. Of course only the NT-type
ones may "ring" ISDN phones, whilst the TE-type ones are required for
dialing to the outside world. So if it is to be made dummy-proof, that might
be an additional check to include in the code. Within the table, the column
named "Port" could perhaps be used for that. My expectation (I don´t know)
is that it is normally used for the analog ports.
My mISDN setup displays (which is absolutely correct):
----------
Card/Port Mode
1/1 NT-Mode, PTMP
1/2 TE-Mode, PTMP
----------
Thus a selection of port "1/1" would point to the correct port to be used
(because it is setup for NT-mode which is required for ringing an ISDN
phone). Port "1/2" should not be selectable for ringing a users phone, as it
uses the TE-mode.
Perhaps the existing possibility to select an "Analog Station:" could do the
job if the fieldname is changed to "Analog/mISDN Station" and if the
selection list following (which normally displays "none") would include the
possible mISDN ports (only the NT-mode ones!). Bare in mind that up to 8
different msns (MultipleSubscriberNumberS) may be assigned to one ISDN
NT-trunk. That may be 8 phones, each of them with a different msn
(phonenumber) or just 1 phone with 8 different msns (phone numbers) assigned
to it, and of course anything between those two.
Or might there be something in terms of configuration I didn´t understand
yet? I´m yet by far not an expert in Asterisk.
Best regards,
Klaus
