[asterisk-gui] New Asterisk GUI!!

I've just loaded it on to my test 1.4 system and it looks good.

One thing I noticed is that it no longer complains when called from
Internet Explorer (using IE7). Have the compatibility issues been fixed,
or should I still use Firefox?
