How does the serial provisioning work? One of my employees provisioned a Polycom 330, but not sure where the config goes or how it tells the phone to use it. We provision via option 66 normally but would love to know how it is working so we know when to use it, and what the limitations are compared to how we configure phones. Thanks, Trevor
