[asterisk-gui] Config line for multiple registrations.

Sounds like a good idea to me.  We generally have hidden extension numbers on multiple line phones so we can customize ringtones for different queue's or ring groups.  Unfortunately when we just tried this yesterday we notice the system wouldn't let the first extension dial, because the registry had the last entry from the phone as viable, even though sip show peers showed the IP registered to both extensions.  The phone could dial fine from the last registered extension, but the rest error in chan_sip about the registry <X> showing the last extension that would have registered on the phone.
