[asterisk-gui] Blocking Numbers

A quick way of doing it would be just stripping all digits from a number
that is being dialed when adding a calling rule. Of course you could
also create a voice menu which says "Number blacklisted... Blah-Blah..."
and redirect all blacklisted numbers to that voice menu.
