I believe it was because you updated your kernel..... when you did a system update.

conary update kernel:build-tree
then svn co http://svn.digium.com/svn/zaptel/branches/1.4 zap-1.4; cd zap-1.4; sh configure; make; make install; init 6

Thats trevor i found the zaptel config and uncommented the ztdummy line,
but still didn't work i dont this zaptel is in the release when i boot
the aterisknow server it says:



Loading zaptel framework:	MODULES: module zaptel not found
[FAILED]

Then it says waiting for it to come up and something about /dev/zap not
found


But lots of zaptel file are there when i use the locate command is it
just not turned on?
