[asterisk-gui] Failover dialplan

Hello ..

I have two PRI E1  connected to span1 and span2 from 2 different service
providers.

Now I have dial plans for users to choose individually on dialing a
prefix, they pick the appropriate channel in the span.

Now that if I have a failover , how should I configure that users to use
the available span  rather that the one previously assigned

Example if span 1 is down  can I use span 2 to  also dial the numbers
which generally goes thru span 1

Any help is highly appreciated
