[asterisk-gui] Files headers

Well the GUI ( the updateconfig request ) keeps
updating the same comments header.
A new header is added only if an old one is not found.

Looks like you got a corrupted header and the GUI
is adding new header every time.

Try manually removing all the comment headers and
see what happens.
