[asterisk-gui] Questions

I am having time to play with the gui now and am noticing quite a few
things.  I am sure that some of them are on a list somewhere so just
ignore it if it is done or in process

http.conf bind - durring a quick install it defaulted to "bind =
127.0.0.1" which I understand but if there was a warning I missed it.

Local extensions:  would varying be better at the top?

Call Queues Stratagy - the help overlaps the buy now button

What is the buy now button intended for, if it is meant to be used
like the toner ordering in a laser printer web management interface
then add an entire option on the side menu so that they could buy
phones, cards, astribanks, ata or whatever

can the digium/asterisk logo be clickable, you know, open in new window/tab

upper right system configuration link goes to a different port (8003)

footer background is too bright, looks odd....
