[asterisk-gui] Help for getting started with the GUI developing

There were a couple of requests on this mailing list for a developers documentation for the GUI,
so that it helps getting started to work on the GUI.

I made an attempt to write some thing like this and it can be accessed at
  http://asterisknow.org/developers/gui-guide
As I get more questions, I would try to keep that document updated.
