Well, it's hard to call it normal POST support, but we do have the
ability to upload files to the HTTP server in Asterisk.  Note that that
is only available in trunk, and not in the 1.4 branch.  This would have
to be a feature that is added to some version of the GUI, presumably
trunk, which is allowed to take advantage of features that will only be
available in future versions of Asterisk.
