[asterisk-gui] IGNORE: Asterisk-GUI and Grandstream MWI

Ignore this issue. It wasn't a problem with the GUI. It was a problem
with VM and ODBC storage.

Has anyone had any success getting a Grandstream GXP-2000 to light the
MWI when using the Asterisk-GUI? Voicemail is configured and works fine,
but the message waiting lamp never comes on. Any help would be
appreciated.
