[asterisk-gui] Patches to Asterisk-GUI

We posted a patch to asteriskGUI/AMI on the 5th that fixed a bug in the
GUI/Manager where the "hasmanager" option did not updat users.conf.

This may not be very important to most people as having manager access
is usually somything you want to restrict but in our case we really need
to give users acces to the manager in order to use our new AsteriskNOW
compatable call manager ( shameless plug
http://www.asteriasgi.com/PerceptaBETA ).  So far there has been zero
activity on the bug tracker since we submitted the patch.  What's the
easiest way go accelerate the acceptance of this patch?
