At the bottom of the page (see the link below) are links to download
tarballs of my latest code and the configs which go with them.  I've
also got some patches to asterisk which you will find in the
/etc/asterisk/patches folder when you untar.

I hope to talk Digium into back-porting some of my code, but I think
you should proceed under the assumption that your CDR screens should
integrate with the official Digium version from the asterisk-gui svn.
