Hello,

This is not dialing another extension,that always works, it is dialing an
outside number.

It happens two ways now.

1st. My home extension using a static public ip(* Box at office) gets the
491 errors often when dialing outside lines example 1-555-555-5555 always
works when dialing internal extensions. 

2nd. Office phone on the same lan as the * box using private ip will get
error 404 not found often when dialing outside lines example 1-555-555-5555
always works when dialing internal extensions.

You can reboot the phones and it starts working or just keeping redialing
and eventually it will work.

This is not a GUI issue.

But you problem is the other machine is taking to long to respond
or is congested.
