[asterisk-gui] 491

Still doing my testing. Sometimes, actually pretty often when I go to make a outside call I get a 491 error and have to redial many times before it actually dials the number. When logged into the asterisk console while watching and trying the calls I see no activity in the console. However when I am having this problem if I dial an internal extension it works. Go back and try a outside line number and get the 491 again. Sooner or later after dialing it numerous times it works again.

I am confused on this? Any ideas?
