Well it is not actually agents but phones. We have 3 phones in the office
and 1 in my home office. When a call comes in on the MAIN line I would like
all 4 phones to ring. That way whoever is available at any given time at any
phone or any location with a phone can answer it. Then if it does not get
answered I want to transfer it to a remote number, our answering service.

How many agents do you have?

Actually is there a way to just setup an incoming phone number and have it
ring multiple extensions instead of just one? This is really what I am
trying to accomplish anyhow.

Thanks.

Hello,

I have several extensions setup with 'is agent' and have the call queues set
to 'ring all' and have each of those extension selected as agents but when
there is someone in the queue none of the phones ever ring. What am I
missing on this?

Thanks
