[asterisk-gui] Incoming Rule Description

This is something small, and i think it would be easy to do:

In the incoming rule description appears something like "Route all unmatched
incoming calls from provider 'trunk_1' to extension '6000'"
i think something like 'Custom - trunk_name' rather than showing 'trunk_1'
would be more transparent, since i don't remember which is trunk 1.
Calling Rules panel already shows 'Custom - trunk_name' in "Call using" col.
