[asterisk-gui] Outbound Trunk not working

Hello,

I've set up asterisk 1.4 + asterisk-gui from SVN. I've created a SIP
user and a Custom SIP trunk (Cisco AS5350), but if try to dial from a
registered phone to any outbound destination it alway returns
congestion. A quick 'sip debug' shows no request made to the SIP trunk.
I can complete calls between extensions, just calling outside seems to
be broken.

Is this a bug?
