[asterisk-gui] Voicemail Password again.

i'm testing with 1.4 beta3 when access voicemailmain asterisk  don't  ask
vmpassword.
everyone can check my voicemail. when i try to change vm password  from vm
ivr menu it's work untill reload or restart asterisk.
I'm checking app_voicemail.c change password work with voicemail.conf only.
