[asterisk-gui] logging in to the gui?

Edit the manager.conf and define a user, some thing like

[admin]
secret = secret
read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config

As you have not given any details about your installation -
Note that the Asterisk-GUI is a seperate package and is not
a part of the standard asterisk installation.
To be able to use the GUI, You need to download (svn co http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk-gui )
and install it.

If you are still facing problems please provide us with the details
of your installation.
