[asterisk-gui] Preventing duplicate logins

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if anyone had looked into the code for the HTTP server
(and tha associated manager stuff) to figure out if there was an easy
way to prevent duplicate logins.  The system doesn't seem to like
having two people logged in with the same account at the same time.

Any thoughts?

Notes on login and now downloads of the latest code at the bottom of
the screen.  Also take a look at the Setup Wizard on the "Home"
screen.  Still adding tabs but it's getting close to functional.
